US Tech Solutions is seeking a Quantitative UX Researcher with expertise in the development, management, and analysis of large-scale tracking surveys. The role involves designing, managing, analyzing, and producing reports for surveys while generating insights to inform research initiatives. Responsibilities • Design, manage, analyze, and produce reports for large-scale, primarily tracking surveys • Effectively manage and prioritize research within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments • Generate effective insights to inform both ongoing and prospective research initiatives Skills • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in user experience research, Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience • Demonstrated experience coding with R, particularly the Tidyverse package • Experience in survey design and item development • Experience applying statistical analysis methods, including basic descriptive analysis, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests • Demonstrated interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research • Proficiency with Google suites • Experience with Python coding is considered advantageous Company Overview • US Tech Solutions counted among the largest yet the fastest growing staffing firm; all achieved organically.
