Job Description: • The Marketing Analytics & Revenue Strategy Manager will play a critical role in driving data-informed revenue strategy by delivering high-impact executive reporting, rigorous analysis, and cross-functional alignment. • This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure data integrity, translate complex performance metrics into actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making at the senior leadership level. • The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, operational rigor, and the ability to clearly communicate insights through data, presentations, and emerging GenAI tools in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. Overall Responsibilities: • Executive Reporting: Own and deliver comprehensive revenue reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and ad-hoc analysis for senior executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives. • Data Integrity & Operations: Serve as the subject matter expert on critical revenue data sources, working cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and ensure a trustworthy, unified source of performance data for decision-making. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Proactively engage and influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align resources and ensure seamless execution of strategic revenue programs. Minimum Qualifications: • 6 years of experience in marketing strategy, finance, strategy consulting, or banking. • Strong analytical and operational skills, capable of dissecting complex business datasets/problems. • Proficient in SQL or Python • Experience creating presentations, including the ability to incorporate data and visuals effectively. • Experience with Gemini or other GenAI tools. Education: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
