Dog Academy Trainer Support Position Start Date: 02/09/2026 Starting Pay: $15.00-$17.00/hour Location: In-office preferred, remote acceptable Do you have a genuine love for animals and want to make a difference in the lives of dogs and their owners? Are you looking for a position that combines your dog training knowledge with meaningful client support? A position as a Trainer Support Agent here at Dog Academy gives you the chance to work directly with clients and trainers while being an integral part of our mission to strengthen the bond between dogs and their families. A Trainer Support Agent will need to handle diverse responsibilities across multiple platforms. Essential among these duties is the ability to communicate effectively across phone, chat, and video platforms, manage professional client and trainer interactions, and maintain strong relationships while supporting our training programs.
