Job Title: Senior AI Engineer - Machine Learning & LLM Systems Company Overview: US Main is a leading technology consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas, specializing in intelligent systems and AI-powered solutions. Role Overview: As a Senior AI Engineer focusing on Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLM) systems, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. Your expertise will guide technical teams and influence strategic AI initiatives to solve complex business challenges. What You'll Do: - You will design and implement scalable machine learning models and LLM architectures tailored to client needs. - You will lead technical teams, providing mentorship and driving best practices in AI engineering. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems. - You will conduct research and stay current with emerging AI technologies to inform project direction. - You will oversee the deployment and monitoring of AI models to ensure performance and reliability. - You will contribute to the development of AI strategy and roadmap for clients. - You will troubleshoot and optimize existing AI systems for improved efficiency. - You will document technical designs and present findings to stakeholders. What You Bring: - Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI and machine learning. - At least 3 years of experience in technical leadership roles. - Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP techniques, and AI model deployment. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with transformer architectures and fine-tuning large language models. - Background in data engineering or MLOps practices. - Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
