Role Overview: As a Senior AI Engineer focusing on Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLM) systems, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. Your expertise will guide technical teams and influence strategic AI initiatives that enhance our clients' capabilities. What You'll Do: - You will design and implement scalable machine learning models and LLM architectures tailored to client needs. - You will lead technical teams, providing mentorship and driving best practices in AI development. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. - You will conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements to inform project strategies. - You will oversee the deployment and monitoring of AI models to ensure performance and reliability. - You will troubleshoot and optimize AI systems for efficiency and accuracy. - You will contribute to proposal development and client presentations showcasing AI capabilities. - You will foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI engineering team. What You Bring: - Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI and machine learning. - At least 3 years of technical leadership experience managing AI/ML projects or teams. - Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - Strong understanding of large language models, natural language processing, and deep learning techniques. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI deployments. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with transformer architectures and fine-tuning LLMs. - Background in data engineering or MLOps practices. - Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
