Job Title: Lease Coordinator Company Overview: US Main is a well-established real estate investment and property management company based in Los Angeles. Since 1975, we have been dedicated to managing premier shopping center developments and providing exceptional service to our tenants and partners. Our office is located in a high-rise building offering panoramic city views, fostering a professional and inspiring work environment. Role Overview: As a Lease Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leasing team by managing lease documentation, coordinating tenant communications, and ensuring smooth lease administration processes. This position is vital to maintaining strong tenant relationships and supporting the overall success of our shopping center developments. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate lease documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. - You will assist in preparing lease agreements, amendments, and renewals. - You will communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and internal teams to facilitate lease negotiations and issue resolution. - You will maintain organized lease files and databases for easy access and reporting. - You will track critical lease dates and notify relevant parties to ensure timely actions. - You will support the leasing team with administrative tasks and project coordination. - You will collaborate with property management and legal teams to resolve lease-related issues. - You will contribute to process improvements to enhance lease administration efficiency. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in lease coordination or real estate administration. - Strong knowledge of lease documentation and real estate terminology. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and lease management software. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in shopping center or retail property management. - Familiarity with real estate legal concepts and contract review. - Knowledge of Yardi or similar lease administration software. - Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish.
