Role Overview: As a Lease Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leasing operations for our shopping center developments. You will be responsible for coordinating lease documentation, maintaining tenant records, and facilitating communication between tenants, property managers, and legal teams to ensure smooth lease administration. What You'll Do: - You will prepare, review, and manage lease documents and amendments to ensure accuracy and compliance. - You will coordinate lease execution processes, including obtaining necessary signatures and distributing finalized documents. - You will maintain organized and up-to-date lease files and tenant databases. - You will assist property managers with lease-related inquiries and tenant communications. - You will track critical lease dates and notify relevant parties of upcoming renewals or expirations. - You will collaborate with legal and finance teams to support lease audits and reporting. - You will support the onboarding process for new tenants by providing lease information and documentation. - You will contribute to process improvements to enhance lease administration efficiency. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in lease coordination or real estate administration. - Strong knowledge of commercial lease terms and documentation. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and lease management software. - Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in shopping center or retail property management. - Familiarity with real estate legal terminology and contract review. - Knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
