Role Overview: As a Lease Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the leasing activities for our shopping center developments. You will work closely with property managers, leasing agents, and tenants to ensure smooth lease administration and coordination, contributing to the overall success of our properties. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate lease documentation and ensure all lease agreements are accurately prepared and executed. - You will maintain organized lease files and databases to track lease terms, renewals, and critical dates. - You will assist in communicating lease terms and conditions to tenants and internal teams. - You will support the leasing team by preparing reports and summaries related to lease activities. - You will collaborate with property management and legal teams to resolve lease-related issues. - You will help facilitate tenant move-ins and move-outs by coordinating necessary documentation. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in lease administration. - You will contribute to process improvements to enhance lease coordination efficiency. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in lease coordination or real estate administration. - Strong knowledge of commercial lease terms and property management processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and lease management software. - Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in shopping center or retail property management. - Familiarity with real estate legal documentation and compliance. - Knowledge of Yardi or similar lease administration software. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, to support diverse tenant communications.
