A Brief Overview The US LBM Senior Digital Product Manager - Order to Cash will play a critical role driving the success of our Finance initiatives within the Finance Technology team. We enable operational excellence, compliance, and business agility by modernizing workflows, building scalable automation, and seamless data flows. You will deliver a revenue and receivables experience across order processing, invoicing, receiving and reconciling payments, revenue recognition, and collections. This role partners closely with senior leadership, engineering, operations, sales, and analytics teams to define product vision, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This person will also mentor and guide other product managers, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy and fostering a culture of customer-centric innovation. What you will do • Own the end-to-end digital product lifecycle from ideation to launch, optimization, and retirement, ensuring alignment with corporate growth strategy and investor expectations. • Develop digital product roadmaps, balancing near-term wins with long-term innovation. • Define, track, and report product performance metrics to executive leadership, making data-driven recommendations for product investments. • Serve as a subject matter expert in digital customer experience trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies. • Use data and high-quality business judgement to develop analytical insights that drive both strategy and tactics for implementation success for the business leaders. • Drive cross-functional collaboration to prioritize and deliver initiatives with measurable ROIs. Education Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree Experience Qualifications • 6-8 years of experience in Digital Product Management or related leadership roles in complex, matrixed organizations. • Experience in strategic planning, digital product lifecycle management, technology build vs buy decision making, and customer-centric innovation. • Strong background in leveraging analytics to guide strategic decisions, with experience in data science a plus. • Experience in building materials, supply chain, B2B distribution or related industries. Skills and Abilities • Ability to establish and drive technology product innovation to deliver operational efficiency. • Skilled in portfolio management, balancing multiple digital products with competing demands. • Ability to translate complex technology concepts into business outcomes for executive audiences. • Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and drive key strategic initiatives. • Advanced proficiency in leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools to inform product features and business impact. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various functions. • A "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality, with the ability to manage high-level strategy while diving into the details when needed.
