Role Description We are seeking a skilled Supplier Master Specialist for a contract role with a hybrid arrangement based in Raleigh, NC. The role includes supporting supplier master data management, maintaining accurate supplier records, processing supplier updates, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing supplier data entries, facilitating updates, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to verify supplier information accuracy. Additionally, some work-from-home flexibility is available for this role. Qualifications • Proficiency in Supplier Master Data Management, Data Entry, and Vendor Management • Experience in verifying and updating supplier records, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Strong skills in Collaboration, Problem-Solving, and Independent Decision-Making • Proficiency with ERP systems and tools for supplier data management • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and internal control practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
