Manage marketing, development, technical support, and overall program management of the GSA SmartPay Program.

As a Senior GSA SmartPay Program Specialist, you will be responsible for marketing, development, technical support, and overall program management of the GSA SmartPay Program. Location will be determined upon selection. The Center for Charge Card Management (CCCM) Service Delivery Branch is responsible for GSA charge card services, including GSA SmartPay products and services. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed. The GS-14 salary range starts at $125,776 per year. Locality pay varies by duty station location. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience directing, managing, or coordinating programs related to GSA SmartPay or commercial charge card programs and executing strategic plans and business processes to align with program and agency goals and performance measures.
