Job Description: • Lead the strategic development and execution of customer relationship initiatives • Oversee the email channel and help guide the SMS contact plan • Develop data driven triggers and personalized communication • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle marketing efforts • Monitor KPIs such as retention rates, conversion, and engagement metrics Requirements: • 7 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience • 3 years in a leadership role • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud) • Familiarity with data tools (Salesforce Data Cloud and Snowflake) • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and campaign optimization • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification Benefits: • health insurance • pre-tax spending accounts • retirement benefits • paid time off • short-term and long-term disability • employee stock purchase plan • life insurance
