US Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales & Fleet Operations Coordinator to support our sales team, OEM partners, and logistics operations. This hands-on coordination role is responsible for managing machine orders, tracking production and shipments, maintaining inventory data, and ensuring clear communication across OEMs, logistics partners, finance, and sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping complex processes organized and moving forward. Position: Inside Sales and Fleet Coordinator Location: Lemont, IL (On-site) Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000-$80,000 Key Responsibilities · Place and track new machine orders through OEM CPQ systems · Monitor production status, completion dates, and estimated delivery timelines · Communicate regularly with OEMs regarding order and production updates · Coordinate domestic and international shipments and track delivery progress · Monitor logistics timelines, delays, and exceptions · Work with Finance on purchase orders and follow up on corrections as needed · Maintain accurate fleet, inventory, and order tracking records · Support the sales team with technical product information and quote preparation · Assist with dealer portals and OEM systems · After onboarding, assist with inbound sales calls as needed Daily Responsibilities · Monitor production updates, OEM communications, and shipment tracking · Respond to sales requests for quotes, technical details, and order support Weekly Responsibilities · Participate in OEM coordination and status calls · Prepare and distribute internal order and shipment status reports · Update fleet, inventory, and order tracking systems Authority & Reporting · Operates within established guidelines and processes · Escalates final specifications, vendor changes, and exceptions for approval · Provides regular status updates to management Qualifications · Experience in inside sales, sales support, or operations coordination · Comfortable working in CPQ systems and online dealer portals · Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through · Clear, professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months) · Independently managing machine orders and shipment tracking · Providing accurate and timely ETAs to internal teams · Maintaining clean, up-to-date inventory and fleet records · Consistently supporting sales and operations with reliable information Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
