Full Description

Overview The Network Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure. This role ensures network reliability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation. At this time, US Anesthesia Partners does not hire candidates residing in California, Hawaii, or Alaska. The base pay estimate for this role is $55,300 - $88,400 annually. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance. Job Highlights ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation) • Installs, configures, and maintains network hardware, software, and Azure components including firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, Virtual WAN (VWAN), firmware updates, and cabling. • Performs routine backups, system updates, patching, and upgrades to maintain network integrity and security. • Monitors network performance, system alerts, and security logs to identify and resolve potential issues proactively. • Diagnoses and resolves network problems when alerted by users or automated monitoring systems. • Maintains accurate records of network configurations, procedures, and activities for compliance and troubleshooting purposes Qualifications KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs): • Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 2 years of experience in network administration or a similar role. • CompTIA Network+ certification, or equivalent experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and network protocols. • Experience with Azure networking (VWAN, VPN Gateway, NSGs). • Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network security best practices. • Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills. • Experience with cloud networking and hybrid environments preferred. • Knowledge of scripting for automation (PowerShell, Python) preferred. • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and SIEM platforms preferred. • The physical demands described here are representative of those that may need to be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
