Role Overview: As a Business Intelligence Developer at US Anesthesia Partners, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions including reports, dashboards, and data models. - You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - You will analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. - You will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across BI platforms. - You will optimize existing BI processes and workflows to improve performance and scalability. - You will provide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of BI tools. - You will stay current with industry trends and emerging BI technologies to recommend enhancements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence development or a related field. - Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. - Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases. - Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare industry or with clinical data. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R. - Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS or Azure. - Certification in BI tools or data analytics.
