Role Overview: As an Associate Software Developer at US Anesthesia Partners, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining software solutions that enhance our healthcare services. This role is designed for a motivated individual eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to impactful projects that support our clinical and administrative teams. What You'll Do: - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software applications. - You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. - You will assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - You will support the integration of new technologies to improve system performance. - You will document software functionality and maintain technical documentation. - You will engage in learning opportunities to stay current with emerging technologies. - You will contribute to project planning and provide status updates to stakeholders.
