Role Overview: As an Associate Software Developer, you will play a key role in supporting the development and maintenance of software applications that enhance our clinical and operational processes. This role is designed for a motivated individual eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to impactful healthcare technology projects. What You'll Do: - You will assist in designing, coding, and testing software applications to meet business needs. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical and IT staff to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to improving software quality. - You will troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. - You will document software functionality and maintain technical documentation. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing systems. - You will support deployment and integration of software applications within the organization. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - You have 1-2 years of experience in software development or a related internship. - You are proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - You have a basic understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies like Agile. - You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare software systems or electronic health records (EHR). - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of database management and SQL. - Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
