Role Overview: As an Associate Software Developer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our healthcare technology systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and maintain software solutions that empower our clinical and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care. What You'll Do: - You will assist in designing, coding, and testing software applications to meet business needs. - You will collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to improving software quality and performance. - You will troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. - You will support the deployment and maintenance of applications in production environments. - You will document software functionality and development processes for future reference. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to enhance development efficiency. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - You have 1-2 years of experience in software development, preferably in healthcare or related industries. - You are proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - You have experience with database management and SQL. - You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare information systems or electronic health records (EHR). - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
