Role Overview: As an Associate Software Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining software solutions that support our healthcare operations. This role is designed for a motivated individual eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to impactful projects that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software applications. - You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. - You will assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues. - You will support the integration of new technologies and tools to improve system performance. - You will document software functionality and maintain technical documentation. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply innovative solutions. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - You have 1-2 years of experience in software development or a related technical role. - You are proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - You have experience with database management and SQL. - You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in healthcare software development or knowledge of healthcare industry standards. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Understanding of Agile development methodologies. - Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
