Role Overview: As an Associate Software Developer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our healthcare technology systems. This position is designed for a motivated developer eager to contribute to software solutions that empower our clinical and administrative teams to deliver superior patient outcomes. What You'll Do: - You will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications tailored to healthcare operations. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical staff, IT, and management to gather and analyze requirements. - You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. - You will support the deployment and integration of new software features and updates. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest innovative solutions. What You Bring: - A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in software development, preferably in healthcare or related industries. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Familiarity with database management and SQL. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare information systems or electronic health records (EHR). - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Understanding of Agile development methodologies. - Exposure to front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, or Angular.
