Full Description

Description: • Responsible for overall management of all aspects of Anesthesia On Call’s (AOC) Locum Tenens recruitment team. • Develops strategic sourcing strategies and tactical recruitment tasks. • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Account Manager counterparts. • Manage and coordinate all candidate and client relationship issues. • Accountable for setting and managing performance expectations of staff, training, motivating, and encouraging professional growth. • Ensures recruitment activity is properly monitored and evaluated through the Bullhorn CRM. • Adjust recruitment strategy and outcomes through continuous assessment of the client’s needs. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of healthcare staffing experience, preferably with at least 4 years in a leadership role. • Sales-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to manage objections and navigate complex negotiations. • Experience in mentoring or training new hires and/or managing key client accounts, preferred. • Experience in using CRM and/or ATS systems to manage performance and other KPIs, with proficiency in Bullhorn strongly preferred. • Experience leading large-scale business transformation programs or implementations preferred. • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels, including hospital executives.
