Partner with the PMO, Safety, and Manufacturing teams to drive accountability and ensure goals are met. • Facilitate technical and non-technical discussions to align team perspectives; support the development of options matrices to help the cross-functional team make informed, data-driven decisions. • Provide concise, high-impact communications to key stakeholders regarding program status, risks, and accomplishments via written reports and presentations. • Establish a disciplined business and meeting cadence, ensuring focused agendas for critical topics and driving the continuous improvement of development processes and "Lessons Learned" propagation. Qualifications • BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience. • At least 10 years of experience, with 5+ years specifically in Technical Program Management within a hardware/software environment. • Proven track record in vehicle E/E system design, electrical integration, or managing complex HW/SW interfaces. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet) and experience with Configuration Management. • Strong track record of driving complex, cross-functional projects from requirements through validation. • Ability to thrive in rapid design cycles; remains flexible and maintains a high level of organization in the face of uncertainty. • Exceptional ability to facilitate both technical and non-technical discussions, aligning diverse perspectives toward a common design goal. • Self-motivated and proactive; able to identify risks before they become blockers. Bonus Qualifications • Prior experience developing Automotive Electrical Architectures or specialized Automotive Electrical Systems (e.g., ADAS, Powertrain, or Body Control). • Strong references highlighting your ability to build trust with senior engineering leadership and individual contributors alike. • Demonstrated leadership in scaling Agile across complex technical programs.
