The IT Specialist will resolve 1st and 2nd level IT tickets quickly and support various devices including laptops, desktops, and printers. They will also manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and ensure device security.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of IT support experience and a degree in IT or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace is essential.
