About UrbanHaven Suites UrbanHaven Suites is a boutique short-term and mid-term rental management company helping property owners earn 2–3× more through luxury hospitality, smart revenue management, and strong partnerships. We operate across Central California and specialize in STR performance and insurance displacement housing. We are growing fast and looking for a Revenue & Growth Manager (Contractor) who can drive acquisition, revenue optimization, and partner development. This role directly fuels the growth of our portfolio and revenue. ⭐ Position Overview This is a remote contractor role designed for someone analytical, proactive, and growth-driven. You will own the three most critical outcomes in our business: ✔ Acquire 2 new properties per month (STR + Mid-Term)✔ Optimize revenue, occupancy, and listing performance across the portfolio✔ Build and maintain insurance housing partnerships (ALE, Sedgwick, CRS, adjusters) If you love data, communication, and the challenge of growing a business, this role is for you. ⭐ Compensation Base Retainer: $1500–$2,500/month (Depending On Experience) Performance Bonuses: • $150–$200 per new property signed • 1–3% revenue improvement bonus • Quarterly owner retention bonus ($200) Total Expected Compensation: $3600–$4,800+/month based on performance This role is structured for someone who wants ownership, upside, and growth into a Director-level position. ⭐ Core Responsibilities1. Property Owner Acquisition • Outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, SMS • Build and manage a full acquisition pipeline • Conduct owner consultations • Present UrbanHaven’s STR/MTR value proposition • Convert qualified owners into signed management agreements 2. Revenue Optimization (STR + Mid-Term Units) • Manage dynamic pricing using PriceLabs • Improve ADR, RevPAR, occupancy • Analyze revenue reports and generate insights • Optimize listing titles, descriptions, images, and ranking • Prepare monthly performance reports for owners 3. Insurance Housing Partnerships • Build relationships with: • ALE Solutions • Sedgwick • CRS • Insurance adjusters • Public adjusters • Restoration companies (ServPro, Belfor, Paul Davis) • Respond promptly to placement requests • Provide home match sheets for displaced families • Maintain a steady flow of mid-term insurance placements 4. Owner Success & Retention • Maintain proactive communication • Deliver monthly performance reviews • Provide strategic recommendations • Build strong trust and long-term relationships • Maintain 90%+ retention 5. Growth Marketing • Publish weekly LinkedIn content targeting owners & partners • Email outreach + direct response marketing • Support direct booking initiatives • Build local networking relationships (virtual + in-person as needed) ⭐ Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Skills • PriceLabs, AirDNA, STR analytics tools (or quick learner) • CRM experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar) • Strong understanding of STR/MTR performance metrics • Ability to analyze pricing, occupancy, and revenue trends • Strong A I Skills Soft Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong follow-up discipline • Highly organized and self-managed • Relationship builder with confidence • Persuasive communicator and strong closer Preferred Backgrounds • STR/MTR experience • Insurance housing / corporate housing • Real estate or hospitality • Revenue management • Business development or partnerships ⭐ Work Structure Remote work with flexible hours. Occasional in-person meetings in Central California (Bakersfield/Visalia/Fresno) only if needed for property walkthroughs or partner visits.
