Overview of Responsibilities Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager, Enterprise Applications to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through to successful delivery. You will oversee multiple interconnected projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes. • Define and maintain the program’s vision, roadmap, and success metrics. • Coordinate and integrate deliverables across multiple projects. • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and eliminate roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery. • Engage and align stakeholders across business, IT, and vendor teams. • Provide transparent reporting and governance for executive leadership. Key Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to deliver programs on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. • Experience in manufacturing environments and familiarity with enterprise applications such as CRM, PLM, ERP, or MES is highly desirable. • Demonstrated success in Agile software delivery methodologies. • Experience with Jira is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
