Our Team Members receive: Pay $16.50 per hour PLUS estimated average tips per hour of $3.75 - $4.50 per hour (based on other N.CA Urban Plates restaurant locations) 75% off meals Earn tips for every hour worked, in addition to hourly pay Flexible scheduling Excellent position training and career development programs Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Health insurance (Hospital & Accident), and Life & Disability Insurance - initial waiting period for eligibility after 6 months Dishwasher: Primary Responsibilities: A Dishwasher is responsible for thoroughly washing and storing all service ware, cookware and utensils used in food preparation and service while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation and kitchen organization within the restaurant. Expected Behaviors: Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. High energy with ability to work in a high-volume environment on a consistent basis. The ability to consistently maintain a clean, professional and presentable appearance and demeanor. Must have a ready smile and willingness to make a connection with each guest.
