The Senior Manager, Commercial Channels will serve as the operational and growth engine for Oura’s expanding commercial ecosystem — spanning Payments, Rewards, Employee Wellness and Brand partnerships. You’ll lead day-to-day partner management, build new commercial programs with payment networks and lifestyle brands, and ensure the profitability and scalability of every initiative. What you’ll do: Autonomously lead partner accounts to achieve forecasted revenue and a mutual win-win Source & qualify new strategic partnership opportunities across all key commercial channels (loyalty, reward, brand and membership programs) enhancing the value of Oura for our members. Negotiate & close complex commercial agreements that unlock revenue, distribution, and strategic advantage. Lead strategic expansion across marque, high ROI partnerships (for e.g. Lululemon, American Express) Lead & mentor the partnerships squad as our headcount grows. We would love to have you on our team if you have: 7–10 years’ experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or strategic growth roles within consumer tech, payments, or wellness sectors. Strong grasp of P&L and commercial economics — able to bring creativity and financial discipline to new deal structures. Proven track record of structuring and scaling high-impact partnerships with brands, financial institutions, or loyalty networks. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Data-driven decision-maker comfortable modeling revenue impact and making trade-offs to optimize channel performance. Logistics & culture Location: Remote (ET preferred), periodic travel (~20%) to key partners and company off-sites. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions.
