Job Description: • Own day-to-day recruiting systems operations • Act as a first line of support for troubleshooting issues • Manage and optimize GoodTime scheduling workflows • Partner with the Recruiting Operations Manager to evaluate and roll out new tools • Create and maintain clear documentation • Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to streamline workflows • Champion an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience Requirements: • 3–5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or Talent Coordination • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and GoodTime • Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues • Strong systems thinking and comfort working with workflows • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Demonstrated ownership mindset • Familiarity with global teams and distributed work environments is a plus Benefits: • PTO/WTO • Health benefits
