Full Description

Job Description: • Design and execute the system that takes a product from its inception and build to its launch and EOL, through a go-to-market lens • Build and install repeatable processes to continuously improve our delivery schedule, minimize risk, grow the business in a scalable fashion • Drive inspire cross-functional teams to support all product roadmap deliverables and alert any risk, slip, or change to the plan • Monitor business performance, analyze trends, and generate reports to make data-driven decisions for planning and optimization. Requirements: • 10+ years in the product strategy, category management, GTM, product marketing, and/or hardware development space • Specific experience: high-level technical requirements, product GTM strategy, marketing partnership strategy, program/project management, • This role will require you to be comfortable in large group settings, stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a cross functional team • Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and the ability to integrate with various stakeholders across the organization. • Program Management experience (PMP certification preferred, not required) • Vast experience managing a D2C/ecommerce sales channel in the consumer technology world Benefits: • Competitive salary and equity packages • Health, dental, vision insurance, and mental health resources • An Oura Ring of your own plus employee discounts for friends & family • 20 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays plus 8 days of flexible wellness time off • Paid sick leave and parental leave • Amazing culture of collaborative and passionate coworkers
