We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Management Lead to support Oura’s B2B sales by working with our Corporate Sales and Human Performance teams. This role will focus on the unique needs of our diverse commercial customers, including corporate customers, Department of Defense, academic and commercial research organizations, sports teams, and distribution partners. Your strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and cross-functional communication skills will be vital in driving the success of B2B customer programs and operational goals. What you will do: B2B Launch Integration & PMO Interface Lead and synchronize B2B-specific GTM workstreams for all hardware and software launches. Partner with the central Product PMO to ensure B2B requirements (e.g., fulfillment pathways, pricing, and enablement) are integrated into the master launch plan and executed across Product, Legal, and Ops. Strategic Program Management Lead end-to-end execution for high-priority B2B customer initiatives—from contract execution through GTM launch—serving as the primary coordinator across Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure timelines align with partner needs and performance KPIs. Voice of the B2B Customer Serve as the program lead for the B2B customer experience across Oura’s commercial systems. Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into seamless workflows for fulfillment, membership models, and platform integrations. B2B Operational Infrastructure Drive the maturity of the B2B organization by standardizing business cycles; including the coordination of OKRs, development of cross-functional playbooks for new motions, and creation of "source of truth" documentation to enable scalable growth. Executive Leadership Communication Represent the B2B customer voice and program execution status to internal and external senior stakeholders, providing clarity on risks, dependencies, and impact. We have offices in San Francisco,San Diego, and Los Angeles for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations. This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based on the East Coast. We would love to have you on our team if you have: 10+ years of B2B strategy, operations, and GTM leadership, managing revenue-generating programs and new product launches across direct sales and channel partner motions. Expertise in developing business cases and requirements for strategic projects, ensuring alignment between executive goals and operational delivery. Proven lead for both internal organizational programs and customer-specific initiatives, driving cross-functional teams to meet diverse customer needs. Skilled in operationalizing hardware and software solutions for healthcare, wellness, or human performance verticals. Comfortable in large group settings, strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. Familiarity with program management best practices and ability to integrate with various stakeholders across the organization. PMP certification preferred (not required). US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. Region 1: $170,000 - $200,000 Region 2: $154,700 - $182,000 Region 3: $139,400 - $164,000 A recruiter can determine your zones/tiers based on your US location.
