Full Description

Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles. Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office. As an Operations Support Lead, you’ll act as an expert for Operations Support, defining and evolving best‑practice approaches to diagnose, mitigate, and resolve operational issues across teams and partners. You’ll partner with management to shape the near‑ to mid‑term goals for the Operations Support vertical, serve as a point of contact for senior leadership and key external partners, and lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives with clear work plans, risk management, and measurable outcomes that enhance the member experience. You’ll be based remotely within the U.S. What You Will Do: Establish, socialize, and continuously improve best‑practice methods and procedures for Operations Support; determine approaches on new assignments and coordinate activities of other personnel as needed. Own formal project work plans (milestones, dependencies, owners), implement progress/risk tracking (e.g., RAID), and publish status with clear decision/escalation paths for one or more concurrent initiatives. Create compelling, executive‑ready narratives, decision briefs, and recommendations that inspire action and drive alignment across senior stakeholders. Use self‑serve dashboards to produce advanced analytics deliverables by performing complex data aggregation, manipulation, and visualization that enable others to draw conclusions and make informed decisions. Analyze operational changes for downstream workflow implications and propose pragmatic solutions that balance member experience, efficiency, and risk. Serve as a specific operations domain expert for senior leadership, key external partners, and—when appropriate—member escalations; represent the Operations Support vertical in cross‑functional and leadership forums to align on priorities and trade‑offs. Proactively network with senior internal and external partners in your area of expertise to remove blockers, influence outcomes, and accelerate adoption of improvements. We would love to have you on our team if you have: 5+ years of experience in a fast-growing customer service or operations environment, ideally working with stakeholders across multiple countries Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives using formal work plans, dependency management, and risk/issue controls, with clear outcome measurement. Proven ability to craft executive‑ready narratives and decision materials that influence cross‑functional stakeholders, including senior leadership. Advanced data skills and tools proficiency to perform complex data aggregation/manipulation/visualization (e.g., SQL/Looker/Tableau/Unwrapped or equivalent). Experience representing a vertical/domain in cross‑functional and leadership forums to achieve alignment on priorities, decisions, and trade‑offs. Experience defining methods and procedures on new initiatives and coordinating activities of others to deliver outcomes. Benefits At Oura, we care about you and your well-being.
