We are looking for a NetSuite Techno-Functional Analyst responsible for managing our retail EDI integrations and supporting our supply chain operations. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless data flow between Oura systems, and supply chain and retail partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NetSuite customization and integration, EDI integration, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional aspects. What you’ll do: Manage EDI and Supply Chain Integrations: Build, maintain, and support EDI and Supply Chain integrations. This includes Orderful, NetSuite, 3PL APIs, Contract Manufacture Integrations. Customize and Configure NetSuite: create and customize basic NetSuite ERP configurations, such as adding new fields, forms, queries and custom records to support business needs. Additionally, implement more advanced NetSuite Supply Chain modules to enhance system functionality. Design and Document Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and design solutions based on supply chain and business requirements, bridging the gap between technical and functional aspects. This is a remote US role with a preference for candidates based in Eastern and Central US time zones. Requirements We would love to have you on our team if you have: 3+ years of experience working with EDI integrations. 2+ years of NetSuite consulting or administration experience at a hyper growth company. Strong knowledge of concepts related to business systems integration to NetSuite: iPaaS, API, partner outsourced, or direct point-to-point. Functional knowledge of core supply chain business processes and their implementation within native NetSuite ERP workflows. Hands-on experience implementing and configuring key NetSuite Supply Chain modules (Demand/Supply Planning, Supply Chain Control Tower, Work Order/Assembly builds etc.). US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. Region 1 $112,000 - $140,000 Region 2 $100,000 - $125,000 Region 3 $94,000 - $117,000 A recruiter can determine your zones/tiers based on your US location.
