This role focuses on ensuring that core user flows — including login and starting offers — function smoothly and consistently for users. This is an operational role that works closely with product and engineering by identifying issues, friction points, and opportunities for improvement based on hands-on use of the platform. Responsibilities Log into the web application and navigate the user experience Review available offers and validate that offers can be started successfully after login Identify issues, broken flows, or confusing steps that could impact user completion Observe and flag UX friction, inconsistencies, or performance issues Clearly communicate findings and observations to the team Requirements Experience working with web-based platforms, marketplaces, or consumer apps Comfortable creating and using accounts in live applications Strong attention to detail and clear written communication Ability to follow structured workflows and provide objective feedback During the interview, you should be prepared to discuss: Your experience logging in What happened when you attempted to start an offer Any friction or issues you noticed One improvement you would suggest No deliverables are required prior to the interview.
