Talent Sourcing Partner | Technical Recruitment About Eden Capital Careers Eden Capital Careers is a specialized executive search firm focused on placing top-tier engineering talent. We partner with leading companies to identify and recruit exceptional technical professionals. The Opportunity FULL TIME Dedicated position. Direct Hire Role. No Agencies please. We are seeking 2 experienced recruiters to join our team as long-term sourcing partners. This role offers significant earning potential with a structured compensation plan designed to reward performance. Compensation Structure Base salary: $500/month Commission: $500-$2,000 per successful placement (paid after candidate completes 60 days of employment) On-target earnings: $1,600+/month Uncapped commission potential as you scale with additional roles Responsibilities Review job descriptions and requirements provided by our team Source and identify qualified candidates for technical roles Conduct initial outreach to confirm candidate interest Perform 5-10 minute phone screenings to assess fit Submit qualified candidates for internal review and client submission Ideal Candidate Proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing Access to professional sourcing tools and platforms Self-motivated and results-driven Strong communication and screening skills Comfortable with performance-based compensation What to Expect As we establish our working relationship, you'll develop a rhythm with our team and gradually take on additional roles. Our entire team operates on this commission-based model, and it has proven profitable for all partners involved.
