We’re hiring a U.S-based social media community manager to run all organic social media and influencer outreach for our new amazing AI Karaoke Video iOS App launching Dec 1, 2025. Your focus: ignite buzz, grow engaged followers, and spark viral user-generated singing videos on TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll be the voice of the brand on social, posting daily, launching challenges, and keeping fans excited. Core Responsibilities: Own organic social calendars & posting across TikTok, IG, Shorts, X/Twitter. Scout & manage micro-influencers (music, karaoke, comedy, dance). Launch hashtag + challenges to fuel UGC at launch. Engage & moderate the fan community—reply, repost, highlight top fans. Track organic KPIs (engagement, follower growth, UGC volume) and share quick weekly reports. Ideal Candidate: U.S-based, 2+ years in organic social + influencer programs for consumer or entertainment brands. Hands-on content creator who can spot trends and move fast. Comfortable editing short-form clips (CapCut/Canva/etc.). Proven record growing social engagement or fan communities organically. Fun, fast-moving, and proactive about jumping on trends.
