Senior executive (VP, finance and technology, 15-20 years experience) in TX seeking attorney(s) with experience in Texas in areas outside general counsel across employment law, entity formation, IP, and contracts. I launched a personal, non-commercial educational blog in my field. No revenue, no moonlighting, no litigation. Employer leadership is aware and supportive but nothing in writing. Priority needs: (1) review employment agreements and draft employer IP waiver letter (critical given Texas has no employee side-project statute), (2) Texas LLC and contractor NDAs, (3) federal trademark and copyright registrations, (4) website compliance (legal terms, accessibility).
