Senior Project Manager for Fast-Growing AI Marketing Agency (Part-Time, Long-Term) Budget:** $500 per month Hours:** Approx. 20 per week Type:** Ongoing, long-term About the Company We are a U.S.-based AI-driven marketing and technology agency specializing in: • Next.js website development • AI-powered SEO systems • Video production and editing • Content marketing • Local business growth strategies We are looking for a **highly experienced Project Manager** who can bring structure, clarity, and speed to our operations. This is a part-time role for now but will grow as our client volume increases. Role Overview We need someone who is extremely organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. You will manage multiple projects at the same time, coordinate teams, and ensure consistent weekly progress without needing micromanagement. You will take high-level direction from the founder and translate it into clear tasks, timelines, and execution plans. Your role is to keep our projects moving and maintain order across the company. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Coordination • Break down goals into clear tasks • Assign and track deliverables • Manage task boards (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or similar) • Maintain timelines and update priorities • Ensure projects progress consistently 2. Team Coordination • Communicate expectations clearly • Make sure team members understand priorities • Follow up on deliverables • Identify issues early and prevent delays 3. Client Support (You will not be the account manager but you will support the process.) • Prepare organized client updates • Track revisions, requests, and deliverables • Document meeting notes and next steps 4. Operations and Systems • Maintain project pipelines • Organize files, assets, and documentation • Improve workflows and build repeatable systems • Create structure and predictability 5. Reporting • Track website build progress • Track SEO deliverables and milestones • Track video production tasks • Provide weekly summaries for leadership What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications • 3–7+ years of project management experience • Experience in marketing, digital, creative, or development agencies • Strong English communication skills • Highly organized and proactive • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once • Strong understanding of web development workflows • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals • Able to work independently and anticipate problems Bonus Skills • Familiarity with Next.js workflows • Experience with video production workflows • Experience with Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and HubSpot • Understanding of AI tools and content workflows We are looking for a **true operator**, not a junior assistant.
