Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, communication, risk reduction, and documentation while coordinating multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
3-5 years project management experience with technical understanding, ability to manage multiple initiatives, and proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
Project Manager: II (Intermediate) Location: Quincy, MA 02169 Description: •Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. • Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. • Develops project plan and drives project milestones. • Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. • Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. • Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. • Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets. • Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. • Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word. Duration: • Possibilities of extensions • No opportunity for FTE conversion Location: • Hybrid position in Boston • 2-3 days onsite at the Quincy, MA office Must-Have Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience • Experience managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders • Understanding technical concepts (including types of infrastructure assets, etc.) • Project management and coordination experience • Proven ability to manage projects in a way that reduces risk, ensures predictable results, meets, or exceeds its timeline • Exhibits high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and commitment to task • Expertise in project management discipline and techniques Nice-to-Have: • Bilingual in English/Spanish Interview Process: • 4 interviews to hire
