We're seeking a strategic and execution-focused Business Development Operations Manager to build and optimize the operational infrastructure that will fuel UMI's growth. This role sits at the intersection of business development, sales operations, and strategic execution. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing the systems, processes, and workflows that enable our team to convert leads efficiently, onboard users seamlessly, and scale our impact. Your core responsibilities span five key areas: (1) Systems & Process Design - building CRM infrastructure, optimizing conversion funnels, implementing automation tools, and creating operational playbooks; (2) Affiliate & Partnership Network Development - developing and executing our affiliate strategy, recruiting health influencers and wellness practitioners, creating partnership agreements, and building systems to track and optimize partner ROI; (3) Data & Performance Analytics - tracking key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn), building dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations; (4) Go-to-Market Execution - supporting our phased GTM strategy from email conversion through paid ads, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and overseeing HSA/FSA integration; and (5) Revenue Operations - optimizing pricing strategy, managing subscription billing, and supporting strategic business planning. What You'll Need 4-6 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or revenue operations with proven expertise building affiliate/partnership programs and implementing CRM systems (Go High Level preferred). You should have strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, marketing automation platforms, affiliate tracking tools (Sam Cart), and project management systems (Trello). Experience with early-stage startups, digital health/femtech companies, subscription business models, and existing relationships with health/wellness influencers are major pluses. Above all, you're a builder with a data-driven mindset, strong networking abilities, integrity, and passion for women's health.
