Marketing Operations Specialist - SMS, ESP, or Email Automation Expert We're hiring for 3 specific problems - apply for 1, 2, or all 3 based on YOUR expertise We need specialists to solve distinct marketing operations challenges. Whether you're an SMS wizard, an Iterable expert, or a journey optimization pro - we want to hear from you. Problem #1: SMS/Twilio Expert Needed Can be its own 2-week contract We have 5 product lines to be set up for SMS We're stuck on week 3 of carrier back and forth - need someone who's been here before Get A2P 10DLC verification approved for real estate, insurance, mortgage verticals Navigate AT&T, Verizon, and carrier approval processes You know exactly why carriers reject applications and how to fix them Perfect if: You've successfully gotten multiple businesses through A2P approval Problem #2: Iterable Cleanup Specialist Can be its own 3-4 week project Our Iterable is "a wall of confusion" - hundreds of unorganized campaigns Implement naming conventions and hierarchy by vertical/product Structure campaigns properly so our team can actually find things Perfect if: You've reorganized messy ESP instances before Problem #3: Journey & Automation Optimizer Can be combined with #2 or standalone Audit and optimize customer journeys across thousands of events Fix trigger timing, wait periods, and journey logic Apply best practices we've never tested (we're currently guessing) Work across Django Mail and Iterable Perfect if: You know the optimal wait times and triggers that actually convert How This Works: Apply for what you're ACTUALLY good at - don't stretch yourself We'll hire multiple specialists if needed, rather than one mediocre generalist Each area can be its own contract or combined if you have the skills Timeline: 2-4 weeks, depending on scope Compensation: Competitive hourly rates based on expertise area Higher pay for SMS specialists who can solve Problem #1 fast Potential for ongoing work after initial project To Apply, Tell Us: Which problem(s) you want to solve (1, 2, 3, or combinations) Proof you've solved this exact problem before (be specific) How many days/weeks you need for each problem you're tackling Your hourly rate (can vary by problem complexity) Please ask any clarifying questions that will help you put together a quote Examples of Great Applications: "I only do SMS/carrier approvals.
