Overview We’re seeking a detail-driven Content Coordinator to manage the assembly, scheduling, and publishing of client content created by our writers and designers. This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll ensure content moves cleanly from draft → approval → publication across blogs, social media, and email — without bottlenecks. Role Level & Fit This is an execution-focused role designed for an individual contributor who enjoys running established workflows and owning publishing operations. This is not a senior leadership, strategy, or consulting position, and it does not involve defining content strategy, campaign direction, or growth initiatives. We’re looking for someone who prefers hands-on execution, clear constraints, and shared ownership of getting work live accurately and on time. This is a contract role (not contract-to-hire). You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative team and are expected to communicate proactively, ask smart questions, and take shared ownership of outcomes. We’re looking for someone who operates like a teammate — not just a task-taker. Key Responsibilities +Assemble final content using writer drafts and provided graphic assets +Format and publish: ---Blog posts (website + LinkedIn) ---Social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube) ---Email newsletters via ActiveCampaign and Pipedrive +Draft light social copy by repurposing approved blog content or content calendar guidance (no original strategy or messaging) +Schedule approved social content using SocialPilot +Manage approval workflows with clients (light communication only) +Apply client feedback and revisions accurately +Track tasks, deadlines, and statuses in ClickUp +Perform final QA checks and confirm: ---Formatting, links, CTAs, images, and brand consistency ---Platform-specific requirements are met prior to publishing +Identify issues and take first-pass steps to resolve them before escalating +Keep content pipelines moving without needing reminders +Flag issues, missing assets, or timeline risks proactively Requirements +Strong attention to detail and QA skills +Experience formatting and publishing content for: ---Websites / CMS platforms ---Social media scheduling tools ---Email marketing platforms +Comfortable working in ClickUp +Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously +Clear written communication +Process-oriented mindset (you like checklists and systems) +Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently +Social writing is limited to repurposing existing, approved content and guidance — this is not an original copywriting role. Nice to Have +Experience working with marketing agencies +Familiarity with B2B content workflows +Prior use of SocialPilot or ActiveCampaign
