Location: Remote (U.S. preferred) Type: Part-time (20–30 hrs/week) with potential to grow Reports to: Operations / Systems Leadership About Us We are a fast-growing nationwide call center supporting healthcare and business clients across the United States. Our team operates in a remote, technology-driven environment powered by Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), cloud platforms, and SaaS systems. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Systems & Access Coordinator to manage day-to-day IT operations, user access, and frontline technical support. This role ensures our team can work efficiently while maintaining strong security and operational controls. This is an ideal role for someone with helpdesk or systems administration experience who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and keeping systems running smoothly. Position Overview The IT Systems & Access Coordinator is responsible for managing user access, resolving common technical issues, and maintaining operational IT processes. This role handles Tier 1 support and identity/access management while escalating complex issues to our systems engineer. You will play a critical role in employee onboarding, offboarding, security compliance, and maintaining a frictionless remote work environment. Key Responsibilities User Provisioning & Access Management Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts (Microsoft 365, AVD, SaaS platforms) Assign and manage permissions and licenses Execute secure employee offboarding procedures Maintain access control records and compliance logs Tier 1 Technical Support Troubleshoot login, connectivity, and device issues Assist with AVD access and remote desktop connectivity Support headset, hardware, and peripheral troubleshooting Resolve common software and system issues Escelate unresolved issues with clear documentation IT Operations & Security Perform quarterly access and security audits Ensure MFA, password policies, and security standards are enforced Maintain device and user inventory records Monitor license usage and optimize costs Documentation & Process Improvement Maintain and update IT SOPs and onboarding checklists Document recurring issues and recommend improvements Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate tasks Required Qualifications 2+ years experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration Experience managing Microsoft 365 users and permissions Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop or remote desktop environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent organization and documentation habits Ability to prioritize and manage requests in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting remote or distributed teams Familiarity with Azure AD / Entra ID Experience working with ticketing systems or ITSM platforms Knowledge of SaaS provisioning and license management Basic understanding of IT security best practices Experience working with call center or VoIP environments (a plus) Success in This Role Looks Like New hires are fully set up and ready on Day 1 Departing employees lose access immediately and securely Team members receive fast, reliable support IT processes are documented, consistent, and scalable Security and access controls are maintained without disruption Compensation $25–$40/hour depending on experience Flexible schedule within U.S. business hours Opportunity to grow into full-time role as company scales Why Join Us Support a growing nationwide team Work remotely with flexible scheduling Play a key role in building scalable systems Opportunity to shape IT processes as the company grows How to Apply Please include: A brief summary of your relevant experience Systems and platforms you’ve supported Your availability and time zone
