We are looking for an organized, driven, people-focused HR professional to manage and streamline our hiring process, onboarding, payroll coordination, and team staffing needs. ๐ฏ Role Summary As our HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the full hiring cycle for multiple roles (Sales Reps, Appointment Setters, Operations staff, etc.) while also supporting payroll coordination, onboarding, performance documentation, and HR workflow management. This role is essential in building a strong team culture and ensuring we always have top talent in the pipeline. โ Key Responsibilities Hiring & Recruitment Build and manage the recruiting pipeline for: Sales Representatives Appointment Setters Payroll/Administrative support Marketing & Operations roles Any additional staff required by leadership Write job ads and post them across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Source and screen candidates (interviews + qualification calls) Schedule interviews with leadership/team managers Track applicants and maintain hiring dashboards Implement and improve hiring processes for speed + quality Onboarding & Employee Setup Onboard new hires (forms, agreements, policies, role setup) Coordinate training schedules with team leaders Confirm tech access, tools, logins, and role readiness Maintain HR files and documentation Payroll & HR Operations Coordinate payroll processes (hours, commissions, schedules, documentation) Track employee work status and assist with attendance monitoring Maintain employee records and compliance documentation Manage basic HR concerns and provide staff support Support leadership with staffing planning and workforce needs Team Support & Culture Help maintain team structure, communication, and morale Ensure employee performance tracking documentation is organized Assist with incentives, promotions, and recognition structures โ Requirements / Qualifications 2+ years experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting Strong hiring background in sales-driven environments (preferred) Experience recruiting high-volume roles is a major plus Comfortable managing multiple hires per week Strong organization and communication skills Ability to run background checks, onboarding, and payroll tracking Familiarity with HR systems, ATS tools, or spreadsheets โญ Preferred Skills (Bonus) Experience hiring sales reps and appointment setters Knowledge of commission-based payroll Experience working in startup / growth-stage companies Familiarity with HR platforms (Gusto, BambooHR, Paychex, etc.) ๐ง Ideal Candidate Traits โ Fast and proactive โ Great at following systems + building better systems โ Communicates clearly and professionally โ Can work independently without micromanagement โ Cares about finding quality talent and building teams ๐ Benefits (Optional Section) Remote Growth opportunities into HR Manager / Director role Performance bonuses tied to successful hires Supportive leadership and positive company culture
