Design and produce social media ad graphics that capture attention and comply with brand standards for a healthcare campaign.
Strong portfolio of social media ad work, understanding of paid social formats, ability to create engaging, compliant healthcare ads, and collaborate remotely.
We need a talented graphic designer who specializes in social media ads — someone who knows how to stop the scroll and make people pay attention. The Project: We're launching a paid social media campaign and need 6 ad graphics designed to perform. This is a focused, well-defined project with clear deliverables: 6 final graphics, with 2 rounds of revisions included. What We're Looking For: You live and breathe social media design. You understand what makes an ad get ignored versus what makes someone stop mid-scroll — and you can execute on that instinct. We have brand standards, but within those guidelines, we want you to push boundaries and create designs that command attention, not blend in. You're our ideal fit if you: + Have a strong portfolio of social media ad work — show us scroll-stoppers + Understand paid social formats and what performs across platforms like LinkedIn and Meta + Can contrast the typical flat, corporate healthcare aesthetic with designs that have personality and punch + Are receptive to feedback and easy to collaborate with remotely + Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. If you can make compliance consulting look compelling, we want to talk. The Opportunity: This starts as a focused project — 6 ad graphics, 2 rounds of revisions. If the work performs and the partnership clicks, we'll keep building from here. About Us: We're a California-based healthcare company on a mission to transform wound care delivery by partnering with hospitals to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. To Apply: Share your portfolio or relevant samples, particularly any social media ad work you've done for professional services, healthcare, or B2B companies.
