Strong print production knowledge and retail packaging experience with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
We’re looking for an experienced Packaging Graphic Designer to support a growing retail and direct-to-consumer brand. This role focuses primarily on retail packaging and in-store displays, with occasional support for DTC design needs. You’ll collaborate with Creative, Product, Retail, Operations, and Marketing teams to design on-brand, production-ready packaging and retail assets. Work includes consumer packaging, cartons, inserts, labels, in-store displays, signage, and POS materials, as well as preparing print-ready files that meet retailer and manufacturer requirements. You may also create 2D/3D renderings for retail presentations and assist with packaging revisions, updates, and localization. Ideal candidates have strong print production knowledge (dielines, bleeds, color management), experience with retail packaging, and are proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with CPG, DTC brands, retailers, or overseas manufacturers is a plus.
