Full Description

We are a small software company that builds custom web applications and AI agents for various markets, and we’re looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. You’ll work directly with the 2 company owners and other developers to build and maintain software projects, develop new features, and perform detailed testing to ensure our applications are fast, reliable, and user-friendly. This is a hands-on coding role for someone who enjoys building complete systems and taking pride in clean, high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: - Build complete projects using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Write clean, maintainable code that integrates with existing systems - Develop APIs and integrations for various platforms - Perform detailed QA testing across various use cases and edge cases - Identify and fix bugs, usability issues, and design inconsistencies - Collaborate with our India-based development team (available 6am-2pm EST daily) - Communicate clearly with the team and provide regular updates on progress - Ensure all code meets functional and design expectations Requirements: - Must be located in North America (Canada or United States) - Must be available during EST business hours and flexible for full-time commitment (approximately 20–40 hours/week) - Must be fluent in written and spoken English – able to communicate clearly via video calls and messaging - Expert-level experience with PHP and MySQL – this is non-negotiable - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, and CSS for full-stack development - Hands-on QA/testing experience with the ability to identify bugs and design issues - A good eye for design – you’ll be responsible for flagging and correcting poor UI/UX or visual integration - Experience working with remote development teams - We work exclusively with individual freelancers – no agencies, firms, or teams will be considered - Must have your own computer and reliable high-speed internet connection Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Retell AI platform for building voice agents (nice to have, but can be learned) - Familiarity with AI tools and integration workflows - Experience with API development and third-party integrations To Apply: - Tell me about your experience as a PHP developer and share examples of full projects you’ve built from start to finish - Explain how you approach QA, design reviews, and ensuring high-quality output - Describe how you can contribute value to a small, fast-moving dev team like ours - Include your hourly rate in USD and confirm your daily & weekly availability during EST hours - Confirm you are an individual freelancer based in North America Note: Only applicants who follow these instructions and demonstrate they’ve read the full posting will be considered.
