We’re looking for a Freelance Creative Director to support an upcoming brand launch and ongoing activations for a modern wellness / energy brand targeting active, culture-forward communities. This role is both strategic and hands-on, setting direction while also helping execute work that will ship fast and live in the real world. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, social, production, and client teams, and you’ll be expected to present ideas directly to clients on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities Define and elevate the creative vision for experiential and social content that aligns with brand positioning and audience insights. Lead concept development, including ideation, creative frameworks, mood boards, and narrative direction. Support executional work, collaborating with internal creatives and external partners to ensure concepts are translated into high-quality deliverables. Partner cross-functionally with strategy, production, social, and event teams to maintain consistency and coherence across all touchpoints. Provide creative leadership through reviews, feedback, and quality control to ensure on-brand output across channels. Shape Ideal Experience & Skills 8+ years of experience, primarily on the agency side, in creative direction, experiential, or integrated brand work Strong background in social-first creative, brand systems, and advertising Proven experience leading and shaping experiential concepts and real-world activations Comfortable being client-facing and presenting work clearly and confidently Ability to balance high-level direction with hands-on support
