We’re a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, currently managing 15–20 active long-term clients and scaling toward 40+. We’re looking for a Client Success & Operations Manager — someone who can bridge the gap between operations and client success. You’ll be the go-to person who ensures smooth onboarding, consistent communication, and happy long-term clients. This is not a “cold” sales role — it’s about managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and also ensuring clients see clear value in our work (leading naturally to renewals and upsells). There is a lot of room to grow in this role, and could eventually move toward a COO position. ------------------------ Our Work Culture: Unlike many agencies out there, where all that matters is ice-cold metrics, we aim to have an enjoyable light-hearted work culture, while of course still always striving for excellent client results. We have found over the years that this environment is what actually leads to the best long term results for our team and clients. This is attested to by the fact that many clients stay with us for years rather than a couple months like most agencies. ------------------------ Responsibilities: 1. Client Coordination & Operations (70%) • Manage client onboarding (collect assets, connect accounts, organize communication channels) • Coordinate deliverables between clients and ad managers and handle bottlenecks • Ensure reports go out on time with performance highlights • Track renewals, budgets, and client satisfaction • Maintain internal systems (CRM, tracking sheets etc) • Build and create systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 2. Client Relationship & Growth (30%) • Be a main point of contact for day-to-day updates (along with the Ads Manager) • Communicate wins and help clients understand results • Identify upsell or renewal opportunities (e.g., “You might benefit from adding Google Ads or a higher spend tier”) • Collect testimonials and reviews • Flag expansion opportunities for the founder to close ------------------------ Requirements: • Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously • Excellent written and spoken English • Process-minded — you enjoy refining workflows and systems, and have great organizational and follow-up skills • Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar paid media platforms (you don’t need to run ads for this role, just understand what we’re doing) • Experience with Slack, Google Drive, and project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, or Asana) Bonus Skills: • Strong reporting/analytics presentation abilities • Experience improving client retention ------------------------ Compensation: • Part-time (20–25 hrs/week) to start, potential to grow to full-time • Pay: $2k–$3kUSD /month initially depending on experience and client scope, + future commission options and role expansion. • Flexible schedule, remote position
