About Us We’re a growing digital marketing agency helping businesses scale through data-driven strategies, creative content, and seamless execution. We pride ourselves on building strong client relationships and delivering measurable results. Role Overview We’re looking for an Account Manager based in Chicago to manage client relationships, oversee campaign performance, and ensure all deliverables from our team meet the highest standards. This role will start at 20 hours per week (part-time) with the goal of quickly transitioning into a full-time position as we grow together. You’ll work directly with the CEO, joining client calls, tracking deliverables, and making sure clients are consistently satisfied and see measurable success with our work. Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships. Join and contribute to client meetings, providing updates and insights. Ensure marketing campaigns are running effectively and aligned with client goals. Oversee deliverables across the team to ensure quality and timeliness. Communicate regularly with the CEO to align client needs with team execution. Support client retention and identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, paid ads, SEO, email, etc.). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines. Proactive problem solver with a client-first mindset.
