As a Senior GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in hiring top-tier talent for our GTM teams in the US. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, craft effective strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process for roles in sales, marketing, and customer success.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles in the US, with a focus on sales.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft job descriptions, and create tailored hiring strategies.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Leverage data to track recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.
